Michaels

This is a great Michaels. They are always well stocked and organized. The store is always clean and well staffed. They have the nice self check out machines as well but they always have a employee around to help at checkout if there are issues.

TJ is an asset to the business. He is courteous, personable, enthusiastic and beyond helpful. He was very patient while helping me today when I as with my two children, and I appreciate his professionalism.

I placed a pickup order here overnight for TCG (at the time there were 79 in stock and the store was closed) - unfortunately they are apparently not in the practice of packing orders in a timely manner so hours into the location being open the following day my order was cancelled. I contacted the store and they essentially said the orders weren’t tended to and someone had been allowed to buy out the rack. I would’ve thought standard practice would be filling pickup orders to prevent this, or the system disallowing sale of an allocated product. I could understand if only a few had been available, but with 79 there’s no reason my order shouldn’t have been available to me. Don’t waste your time buying.

Not a favorite but sometimes it’s unavoidable. It’s too expensive for what they offer. My biggest issue is there is not enough staff. There is rarely someone that can help you find something. The person who is assisting the self checkout in the front end is also the only person that you ever see so you have to wait to ask a question. Then that person can’t really leave their post so you’re back in the store wandering around hoping to find something. I avoid Michael’s when possible.

Found just what I needed for my showroom! These wonderful crates hold stones, antique decorations. Painted or raw they look great! Made in the USA!!
